What is the difference between our Catalyst V30 and Element V30 UHS-I microSD series?

There are two main differences between our Catalyst V30 and Element V30 UHS-I microSD cards.

First, Catalyst V30 UHS-I microSD cards are rated for A2, meaning they provide higher IOPS (random read & write) performance in applications, so they can launch and load apps faster. In contrast, Element V30 UHS-I microSD cards are rated for A1, which makes them an excellent choice for everyday mobile tasks.

Second, Catalyst V30 UHS-I microSD offers up to 1TB of capacity, whereas Element V30 UHS-I microSD offers 128GB. Catalyst’s high random performance and large storage capacity allows it to store more footage – ideal for action and drone photography.
